Full Circle was formed in 2021 and we're working on the next evolution of skate. We are proud to build geo-diverse team, and while our home studio is based in Vancouver, BC., our team members can choose to work from home, in the office or a hybrid of both. This position is open to qualified individuals anywhere in the Americas where EA operates as an employer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Help manage a variety of disciplines including artists, designers, software engineers, QA and other production staff.
  2. Help keep the project schedule and support the development team from one project phase to the next while ensuring quality, collaboration and communication. You will report to a Development Director on the production team.
  3. Provide task and backlog management to employees across diverse skillsets within a single project team
  4. Support planning, scrum and sprint retrospective sessions with their team in an Agile development framework
  5. Partner with Development Directors and production to manage scope and quality

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience engaging and motivating remote and hybrid teams
  • Experience in project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile

Must be available for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2025. We are only considering students who will be enrolled in an accredited degree program in the summer of 2025, slated to graduate no earlier than May 2028. You must be legally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis during the 16-week internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
