Program Manager - (TFT)

Role Overview: 

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations, we are looking for a Program Manager to join the Enterprise and Platform Services Operations team. If you are passionate about working across organizations to deliver amazing technology, this role is for you. Enterprise and Platform Services provides future-ready technology platforms that unlock speed, productivity, and scale for EA’s global business and talent. The Operations team works across EPS product groups to help drive operational excellence and make it easy for EPS and EA’s game teams to work together. As a Program Manager, you have the opportunity to collaborate across departments and disciplines to solve challenging problems and drive efficiency. Your greatest strengths are building relationships, attention to detail, and consistent execution.

 Responsibilities:

  • Work with Operations Leads across Enterprise and Platform Services (EPS) to create and maintain their Rhythm of Business operations.
  • Support Operations Leads across EPS in creation and maintenance of project and operational artifacts.
  • Monitor project indicators that track quality, delivery, and predictability.
  • Identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks followed by a coordinated application of resources to minimize and manage risks.
  • Contribute to an inclusive and diverse team culture based on openness, trust and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a project or program manager in a technical environment.
  • Ability to break down ambiguous, high-level goals into executable steps to deliver results.
  • Self-starter who builds trusted relationships, influences decisions and urgency on important priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to consistently execute to deliver results while balancing multiple priorities and projects.
  • Have passion, energy, enthusiasm to achieve results.
  • Self-reflective; acknowledge own experience and experiences of others.
  • Experience with financial or workforce planning a plus.
