We’re looking for an Associate Development Manager Co-op to join our paid world-class internship experience. The start date for this opportunity is May 2025 (4 - month term), you may be eligible for course credit depending on your institution. You will report to the Development Director. Responsibilities

  • You will help develop project schedules.

  • You will help manage team capacity plans, project scoping and change requests.

  • You will track and report on project status and team metrics.

  • You will assess and communicate on status of risk.

  • Evolve processes and update the corresponding documentation.

  • You will support engineering and design team with their daily requirements.

Qualifications

  • You are in the process of completing a Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or equivalent. Preferably, completed 3rd year of their program.

  • Experience in Project Management, Product Management, games/software development an asset.

  • Advanced skills in Excel (can perform complex functions), JIRA or Monday.com an asset.

We are only considering students who will be enrolled in an accredited degree program throughout this Co-op, slated to graduate no earlier than May 2026. You must be legally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis during the 4-month Co-op. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
