Description & Requirements

Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

Partnered Development Group (PDG) is a new team built from the ground up to manage 2nd Party development (IP-licensed dev and outsourced dev) end-to-end, from sourcing opportunities, guiding development, and leading go-to-market and live service efforts. We work with a handful of top-tier mobile studios, combining EA's IP with partners to accelerate the development of a portfolio of hit mobile games to grow EA's mobile footprint. The nucleus of our team is based in Asia – but we are expanding across geographies to guide global LiveOps and publishing for our mobile slate.

We're seeking a Product Manager (Monetization) with a knack for breaking down complex problems and creating solutions that enhance both player experience and EA's business.

Reporting to the Product Director, you'll collaborate with internal and external partners at EA to launch a new mobile game featuring a well-known IP to the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage mobile game publishing and operations in the Western market.
  • Work with the Product Director to oversee live performance, ensure smooth content and live service planning, and drive revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen player engagement and enhance business.
  • Present opportunities based on qualitative findings and quantitative analysis.
  • Conduct competitive and industry research to build business cases for new games.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in live operations and publishing of mobile games in the Western market, demonstrating a solid understanding of practical vision, logical thinking, and quantitative analysis.
  • Experience in an operational role such as Product Manager or Live Operations for at least one high-performing mobile game.
  • Proficiency in Excel or equivalent tools required.
  • Skills in data visualization and PowerPoint presentation preferred.
  • Fluency in Mandarin required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Western mobile gaming market and solid experience creating and implementing operating plans.
  • Comprehensive understanding of F2P gaming marketing and monetization strategies.
