Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Lead to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling, animation, and rendering, along with proven leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of artists. You will play a crucial role in the development of high-quality 3D assets for [insert projects, e.g., games, films, virtual reality experiences].

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 3D artists, providing guidance on techniques, tools, and best practices.

  • Project Oversight: Collaborate with project managers and directors to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Asset Creation: Design and create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations that meet project specifications and artistic direction.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all 3D assets adhere to quality standards and align with the overall vision of the project.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including design, programming, and art, to integrate 3D assets seamlessly into projects.

  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve workflows and production processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Art, Design, or a related field.

  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in 3D modeling, animation, or visual effects, with at least [X] years in a leadership role.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush, and rendering engines like Arnold or Unreal Engine.
