Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Studio Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between artistic vision and technical execution, providing essential support in the production of high-quality visuals for [insert projects, e.g., games, animations, film]. You will collaborate closely with artists and developers to ensure that all assets are optimized and meet technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Optimization: Analyze and optimize 3D models, textures, and animations for performance across various platforms and applications.

  • Technical Support: Provide technical solutions and troubleshooting for artists, addressing issues related to rendering, shaders, and workflows.

  • Pipeline Development: Assist in creating and refining production pipelines to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.

  • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices for artists and production teams.

  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including artists, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of assets into projects.

  • Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on technical tools and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics, Animation, Art, or a related field.

  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in a technical art role within the [insert industry, e.g., gaming, film, animation].

  • Proficiency in 3D software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max) and familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
