Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Battlefield Portfolio and driving product excellence across the franchise. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing the Battlefield Portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business goals.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders across global teams to drive product development and delivery.

  • Presenting product strategies, updates, and insights to the local office and leadership teams.
  •   
  • Developing and executing product roadmaps that deliver exceptional player experiences.
  •   
  • Analysing market trends, player feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
  •   
  • Working closely with development, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure successful product launches.
  •   
  • Managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in game product management, with a strong track record of managing successful gaming products or portfolios.

  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to work effectively with teams across different time zones and cultures.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product strategies to diverse audiences.
  •   
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  •   
  • Passion for gaming and deep understanding of player needs and market dynamics.

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation.
