Studio Operations Coordinator

Location: Guildford, UK

Criterion is looking for a Studio Operations Coordinator. You will work closely with multiple departments to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Criterion studio, ensuring seamless team experience and an inspiring work environment.


Main Responsibilities:

- Facilitate supplier contract completion by partnering with Legal and Finance teams, and create studio purchase orders for completed work.

- Act as the main point of contact (POC) for all Electronic Arts divisions regarding Criterion Games operations.

- Coordinate with VP/GM Executive Assistants for visits, ensuring seamless UK Guildford operations and addressing any issues during visits.

- Partner with the Talent team for updates on new hires, start dates, and onboarding processes, ensuring necessary preparations and Criterion swag distribution for recruiting events.

- Manage the onboarding of new starters and processing of leavers, including handling hardware and documentation administration.

- Champion studio culture by organizing classes, recognizing team members, and maintaining continuous updates.

- Communicate with IT and Workplaces around space management and IT equipment studio needs

- Coordinate with the Studio leadership team for studio focus mode treats, wrap parties, and other event and implement them

- Oversee the creation, budget approval, purchase, and distribution of new studio swag.

- Serve as the POC for outreach and education projects locally and nationally, organizing work experiences and supervising on-site.

- Act as POC for local outreach projects, such as Guildford’s Game Festival and donations, as well as national events like BAFTA YGD

Requirements: 

- Experience supporting a office/studio as the main operational point of contact

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite.

- Experienced with Oracle/iProcurement for purchase order creation, receiving, and processing for both UK and US. Or willingness to learn

- Knowledge of tools for legal/contract processing, supplier setups, and NDA requests.
