This will be a hybrid remote/in-office role based in Guildford, UK with 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday, Friday).

The Creator & Talent Partnership Specialist, EA SPORTS FC will work with some of the most influential creators in the world. Reporting to the Manager of Global Creator and Talent Partnerships for EA SPORTS FC, you will manage global creator and talent programmes aimed at sparking players to passionately create and authentically converse about our game across all corners of the internet. You will assist with talent identification, programme strategy, content production, agency management and reporting. While leading global projects, you will also connect and engage with regional teams to help support tailored activations, combining deep game expertise with talent management to deepen overall sentiment for EA SPORTS FC.
Passion is the fuel that drives our teams, and the successful candidate will take a love of relationship management and for the sport - matched with gaming industry expertise, content production knowledge and strong social channel expertise. The objective is to drive and deepen overall player awareness, engagement and sentiment for the EA SPORTS FC franchise.
Responsibilities:
● Execute creative and highly measurable global creator programmes and campaigns with regular reporting on engagement, conversion and traffic growth
● Organise and oversee activations building content briefs and managing creator invites, contract requests and payments
● Establish relationships with creators, analysing player sentiment and providing applicable feedback.
● Develop and implement creator campaigns to fuel storytelling and content experiences.
● Participate in group strategy and creative sessions, contributing digital/interactive/new content creation ideas
● Manage team member partnerships with the International, Legal & Finance teams to coordinate contracts and payments
● Use tools and technology to identify emerging lifestyle creators and manage the day-to-day interactions with creators
● Manage digital projects, working with other teams for work-sharing and reporting in a 24-hour, 72-hour and 7-day schedule
● Consistently communicate trends, shifts, and opportunities with the wider team
Requirements:
● Junior level experience in gaming and/or digital sports space, with experience delivering successful creator content and campaigns
● Passion for gaming and sports, specifically EA SPORTS FC
● Experience with social listening/analytic tools such as Tubular, Stream Hatchet and other social platforms
● Experience with and range of knowledge of video and livestream platforms such as Instagram, Snap, TikTok, Twitter, Twitch, YouTube and other emerging social platforms
● Strategic understanding of digital and creator marketing and appropriate metrics of success
● Depth of leveraging insights and data to develop creator content plans, campaigns and ideas
● Excited by creating unique and innovative programmes in partnership with creators

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
- $29 - $37 CAD
- Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane)
- $27 - $34 USD
The hourly rate is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
